When CIPC is launched on PVS streamed windows 7 virtual machine , the network tab is grayed out.
It has been found that if anything below CIPC 8.6 is used have known behavior. It need to be insure that correct version of CIPC need to be used
If 8.6 is used

then network option is available for editing

we are using 8.6 and it's greyed out.
I had to try three different times to get it to install where I could finally get to the network settings, logging on as an admin, than using the exe set up. logging back on normal after install than run as admin to change network settings.
on another PC we can not get it to not be greyed out so still troubleshooting
